Oneclub.ua is an online marketplace of clothing, shoes, and accessories of premium brands. The site features 200+ luxury and premium brands from 50 partner boutiques in Ukraine.
ONE CLUB selected premium clothing for men (Philipp Plein, Dsquared2, Hugo Boss, Emporio Armani) and women (Elisabetta Franchi, Red Valentino, Moschino, Pinko, Twinset) that will meet the high demands of the customers of the premium segment.
When selecting clothing of the premium segment online, the question of how well a product will fit you is crucial. Such products aren’t hard to find offline, but online, the buyer will certainly feel doubtful, and encounter difficulties.
Therefore, AstraFit’s first task was to help the visitors of OneClub find the most appropriate size and successful fit.
Astrafit’s special algorithm for making recommendations based on real parameters of the user’s body and accurate measurement of products, recommends products of any type and edge, including oversize and onesize.
AstraFit has shown impressive results. Both behavioral and e-commerce metrics have changed. Data is given for the period of use of the service from August 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021.
Changes in behavior parameters
Customer engagement was analyzed using two important metrics – the time spent on the site and the number of products viewed per visit.
Data are given in comparison, not in absolute values.
When trying on clothes in the AstraFit fitting room, users spend an average of 17 minutes on the site, and without using the fitting room — less than 3 minutes.
Visitors of the OneClub site like to interact with the virtual fitting room and they return to try on new products: the average number of sessions per user is 2 without using AstraFit, and when using the AstraFit — 15.
The more buyers try clothes, the more they come in contact with the site and become loyal customers. Only one successful experience of buying a product recommended by AstraFit allows a user who was previously concerned, to become a loyal and regular customer.
This is indicated by the percentage of users who use the fitting room and return compared to those who do not use it and return for new purchases.
On average, the coverage of buyers is clear, as 50,7% of those using AstraFit come back for more purchases, compared to 22,1% who do not use AstraFit.
Conversion is a key performance indicator. The conversion among buyers who used AstraFit before purchase is 17.5 times higher than among users who did not use the AstraFit service.
Such indicators show that the presence of online fitting service greatly increases the probability of buying on oneclub.ua.
